Eugene Cholkan enjoys working with his diverse clientele by keeping current with
taxation, technology and general management and financial strategies. Born in
Toronto, he is a graduate of McMaster University,
having also studied at McGill, Waterloo and Windsor. He became a
Chartered Accountant in 1982. With many entrepreneurial clients, among other
things, Gene has worked with families in passing their businesses on to the
next generation, dealing with tax, financing and management aspects of such
transfers.

Roman Stepczuk is a graduate of the University
of Toronto and became a
Chartered Accountant in 1988. His professional career has included two years
in England
where he gained considerable experience in purchase investigations and due diligence
reviews. He has served as a director on boards of several non-profit
organizations. Roman's solid knowledge of taxation, finance and management is
appreciated by his clients - including manufacturers, retailers, franchisees,
professional practices, manufacturers, non-profit organizations and
home-based businesses.
